The foyer has been designed to look like an outdoor courtyard with a few vintage rustic elements, using the green-wall concept on the front wall and sleeper wood on the ceiling accented with old parsien chandeliers and a vintage chaise lounge. Travertine marble and glossy veneer envelopes the master bedroom. An open court is also introduced separating the walk-in wardrobe and bath with the bedroom. The fourth bedroom and bathroom broken to house a state of the art home theatre and a small pantry. The unnecessarily large kitchen divided into a necessary laundry room, both clad entirely in a single colour composite making it maintenance free for the client. Bronze Armani clad living room floor is broken with a highlighted wooden raised level demarking a gazebo styled dining area.
Exclusive Brazilian granites juxtaposed with Italian marble make the guest rooms and bathrooms very internationally elegant. The entire study is covered in a dark olive slate and a black marquina floor offset with pure white and chrome plated furniture.
